Bouquet
Lifted floral aromatics with hints of fresh strawberry. Delicate red cherry and floral notes intertwine seamlessly.
PALATE
The palate is fine and textural. With delicate red fruits on the front palate. Fresh flavours of strawberry, ripe raspberry and a hint of musk, balances beautifully with the acidity delivering a crispy and dry finish.
WINEMAKING
Hand Picked from 60-year-old Grenache Bush Grown Vines at the Beresford Estate Vineyard in Blewitt Springs. The must was chilled for 12 hours with the occasional plunging of the Grenache grape skins to extract the lovely pink colour pigments. Bottled young to capture the fresh red fruits of our old Grenache bush vine. No animal products used for fining or filtration. Vegan Friendly.
