Tasting Notes

Bouquet: On the nose, this Rosé reveals abundant primary fruit notes. Strawberry, red cherry, and watermelon. Rose petal adds a delicate floral note, crafting an elegant, alluring bouquet. Clean, fruity, and very refreshing.

Palate: On the palate, this Rosé is a dry style. Flavours of Turkish delight, joined by strawberry candy and rose petals.

Winemaking

This year's blend is Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from McLaren Vale, with hand-picked 60-year-old Grenache Bush Grown Vines at the Beresford Estate Vineyard in Blewitt Springs. The must was chilled for 12 hours with the occasional plunging of the grape skins to extract the light pink colour pigments. No animal products are used for fining or filtration. Vegan Friendly.
