Classic Rosé 2023, 750ml

Bouquet: On the nose, this Rosé reveals abundant primary fruit notes. Essence of strawberry, red cherry, and watermelon. Rose petal adds a delicate floral note, crafting an elegant, alluring bouquet. Clean, fruity, and very refreshing.

Palate: On the palate, this Rosé is a dry style. Though its colour may be rich, it is light on the palate. Flavours of Turkish delight, joined by strawberry candy and rose petals. The palate experience is elevated by a soft and creamy texture with bright acidity adds a crisp edge. A lingering finish unfolds, with a tiny touch of astringency adding to the texture.

Hand-picked from 60-year-old Grenache Bush Grown Vines at the Beresford Estate Vineyard in Blewitt Springs. The must was chilled for 12 hours with the occasional plunging of the Grenache grape skins to extract the lovely pink colour pigments. Bottled young to capture the fresh red fruits of our old Grenache bush vine. No animal products are used for fining or filtration. Vegan Friendly.
