An inviting aroma with nuances of citrus blossom, honeydew melon, nectarine and subtle hints of exotic spice.
The palate has opulent flavours reminiscent of fresh strawberries, exhibiting beautiful poise with refreshing natural acidity on the finish.
The Chardonnay grapes, forming 95% of the blend, were sourced from the Gold Hill block on the Beresford Estate Vineyard in Blewitt Springs, McLaren Vale. These vines are planted to varietal clones from Burgundy and renowned for producing wine with a richer mouth feel that perfectly suits barrel fermentation. Contributing to complexity, integration and richness, the chardonnay parcel was selected for their integral aromatics and elegance they displayed. A small portion of Grenache further adds complexity and exhibits ripe fruit characters of fresh strawberry. No animal products used for fining or filtration. Vegan Friendly.
