Lifted spicy musk fruit and red berry characters.


Some gamey exotic fruit characters on the palate with a dash of spice. Fresh and vibrant on the palate with some fleshy loose tannins balances a thick and rich structure with sweet round juicy cherry fruit, red plums and boysenberry.


Sourced from the Beresford Estate Vineyard in the cool sub-region of Blewitt Springs, parcels were harvested separately based on flavour and tannin ripeness. Due to the diligence of the dedicated vineyard team we are able to ferment these lovely little parcels separately in our small two and four tonne open fermenters. Barrel fermented in 60% new and older 500L American oak puncheons with a small proportion in French oak hogsheads. This adds subtle integration of oak and complexity while maintaining Grenache aroma, colour and gentle tannins. No animal products used for fining or filtration. Vegan Friendly.
